First, a grazie mille to the norcaldoc members who have already registered with ducati for their welcome kits, as described below.

To those of you who have NOT already registered, the DOC group @ the factory just announced that the online registration form for DOC welcome kits (the cool schwag kits from the factory, for DOC club members) is NOW OPEN.

Point your browser to: http://www.ducaticlubs.com/

and follow the link to the welcome kit area.

The instructions are fairly simple (heck, i was able to fill it out successfully).

VERY IMPORTANT: i just tested the process ... you will be emailed automatically after you submit the request form, so please make certain to use your correct email address. once you receive the confirmation email, click on the link in the email. ONLY THEN, will your registration form be processed, so i can approve it in the presidents area.

DETAILED INSTRUCTION FOR THE CORRECT FILLING OF THE FORM

1. Fill in every part of the form

2. Enter your e-mail address where requested

3. Select your country and your Doc Club. You are allowed to select at least 3 clubs but your request gives you the right to receive onlu a kit.

4. Wait for the activation e-mail to arrive at the address you have specified and click on the link inside it to confirm the address and activate the application.

5. Complete data entry and click �Send�.

6. Your application will be received by the system, which will then submit it to your President.

7. You will receive a message showing the status of your application. It may be:
* Approved (the president has recognized you as one of his members and authorizes delivery of the kit)

* Denied (Possible causes: the president has not recognized you as one of his members and does not authorise delivery of the kit. Contact him if you require further information / the president has noted erroneous data, canceled your application and invites you to fill in the form again. The procedure will recommence from the start: contact him should you require further information or to notify erroneous data entry)


IMPORTANT: We recommend that you only apply for the Welcome Kit after joining a Ducati Official Club via the channels requested by the clubs choosen.
